Area Directors elected by the VSPR Council Groups charter Working Groups in the specific VSPR Areas to address specific technical problems related to assessment and rating methods for voting systems. Working Groups publish Informational, Experimental and Draft RFRs to record their intermediary progress.
The ultimate goal of Working Groups is to publishing standards-track RFRs — Performance Standards, Applicability Standards and Test Standards — with an approving vote of the Council Groups according to the VSPR charter.
As per the VSPR Charter Working Group Charters may be proposed by the general membership until Area Directors are elected by the Council Groups. Like the Council Groups, Working Groups use listservs to communicate. Links for each specific Working Group are in each group's charter below.
