Request for Review ("RFR") documents are the archival records of VSPR and its groups. All archival records are always available for public review online. RFRs are the output of Working Groups and result from a Working Group engaging and addressing a specific problem defined in a Working Group charter.
Informational, Experimental and Draft RFRs record the intermediary progress of Working Groups as the groups focus on the end goal of publishing standards-track RFRs: Performance Standards, Applicability Standards and Test Standards. Standards-track RFRs cannot be formally published without a vote of the Council Groups according to the VSPR charter.
